About Me

Hello, I am Victoria Beckers, and I get to the point of what is really going on.

I still vividly remember working with a leadership team that had been stuck in the same conflicts for months: They had completed workshops, introduced new processes, agreed on communication rules – and yet kept going around in circles. Every change was quietly sabotaged. Frustration on all sides.

Because nobody had asked the decisive questions:

  • What unwritten rules are at play here?
  • What beliefs do the leaders hold about themselves, their employees, and the company?

When I spoke the uncomfortable truth – that the actual conflict was between two leaders who both believed they would only be respected if they were right, and that every team meeting for months had become an invisible stage for this power struggle – the room went very quiet. That's when the real change began.

Exactly these moments drive me: When I can voice what everyone feels. When beliefs that have steered actions for years become visible. When clarity suddenly emerges from noise. For over 15 years, I have been accompanying leaders and organizations through change processes – in more than 100 projects and over 80 companies. One thing I have learned time and again: When inner leadership is missing, the best strategies fail. Beliefs, blind spots, and invisible patterns steer decisions, communication, and corporate culture – often without anyone noticing. I make exactly that visible and changeable.
