I am Victoria Beckers – management consultant and executive coach. Since 2011, I have been guiding leaders, teams and organisations through change. My core topic is leadership – as an interplay of personal mindset and lived corporate culture, far beyond mere technique. What a leader thinks and feels shapes their behaviour. What a company silently tolerates or demands shapes the rest. Both determine whether leadership truly works – or just looks like it does.

Why this topic matters:

  • 70% of all transformation projects fail – usually because of leadership, not strategy. (McKinsey)
  • Only 13–16% of employees in Germany are actively engaged. Leadership behaviour is the single strongest factor. (Gallup)
  • Although almost every second working person in Germany is a woman, women hold only 29.1% of leadership positions – putting Germany well below the EU average of 35.2%. (Federal Statistical Office). This figure has barely changed since 2014.

With the Inner Leadership Force System, I have also developed a specialised offering for women in leadership. Women in leadership positions often hold themselves back – not due to a lack of competence, but because inner sabotage patterns block them.

I know leadership from both perspectives – as HR Director EMEA at Wacom Europe GmbH and since 2011 as a consultant and coach with over 100 projects in more than 80 companies.
