'Please be clear, but not too harsh. Empathetic, but not too soft. Assertive, but definitely not difficult.' Anyone who works as a woman in leadership knows this triangle of expectations. It is real, it is exhausting – and it leaves its mark. Not just in the calendar, but in the inner dialogue.

What I have consistently observed over more than 15 years and hundreds of coaching sessions, workshops, and consulting conversations: Women in leadership often fight not only against external barriers, but also against inner sabotage patterns. They doubt themselves more, despite being more competent. They work harder because they believe they have to prove they can do it. They make themselves smaller because they don't want to be seen as difficult. And they exhaust themselves because rest feels like a luxury.

I know these patterns – also from my own experience. My greatest lever was and remains the transformation of negative beliefs: converting a devaluing inner dialogue into greater self-acceptance and inner confidence.
