What I have consistently observed over more than 15 years and hundreds of coaching sessions, workshops, and consulting conversations: Women in leadership often fight not only against external barriers, but also against inner sabotage patterns. They make themselves smaller because they don't want to be seen as difficult. And they exhaust themselves because rest feels like a luxury.
I know these patterns – also from my own experience. My greatest lever was and remains the transformation of negative beliefs: converting a devaluing inner dialogue into greater self-acceptance and inner confidence.
