Who we are – Personally
Victoria Beckers
I am the founder and managing director of Energie durch Entwicklung, with over 15 years of experience in organizational and cultural development – as a coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur. Previously, I served as HR Director EMEA in the IT sector, and today I'm passionate about empowering personal and organizational transformation.
Whether strategy processes, vision development, or post-merger integration – my clients value my clear stance, structured thinking, and keen sense for dynamics – especially when things get complex.
What drives me is the moment clarity emerges – in leadership, in teams, in organizations. I believe that sustainable development succeeds when people feel seen, take ownership, and rediscover the joy of being effective.
